Our Story
Qamaria Yemeni Coffee Co. was born from a simple conviction: that the world deserves to experience coffee the way it was meant to be—slow, intentional, and deeply rooted in place.
Yemen is where coffee began. For centuries, farmers have cultivated Arabica on steep mountain terraces, nurturing each cherry by hand and preserving varietals that exist nowhere else on Earth. We bring that same reverence to every batch we roast here in Redmond.
Our coffee isn't just a beverage. It's a connection—to the highlands of Saada, to families who have tended these trees for generations, and to the quiet moment of pause that a truly great cup can offer.

Our Coffee
Each lot tells the story of its terroir—altitudinal complexity, natural processing, and flavors that range from winey brightness to rich chocolate depth.
Bright and winey with notes of dark berry and cardamom. A classic expression of Yemeni coffee's legendary complexity.
Full-bodied with deep chocolate and spice. Grown at altitude, this coffee carries the weight and warmth of Yemen's northern mountains.
Elegant and floral with a silky texture. Jibla is one of Yemen's most celebrated coffee regions, known for its refined cup profile.
How We Serve
The traditional Yemeni method—slowly simmered with cardamom and served in small cups, like a daily ceremony.
Our single-origin Yemeni espresso, pulled fresh and served with steamed milk—modern craft meets ancient bean.
Take the experience home. We roast in small batches and offer our Yemeni single-origins for purchase whole bean.
